Brett Bentley is the founder and senior attorney in the firm. Brett studied at the University of Natal (Durban) and has a B.A. LLB. In addition, he has a diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice. Admitted as an attorney in 1994, he served on the Durban Legal Association from 2001 to 2003. He has authored a number of articles on various aspects of credit and debt recovery law for various publications.
